Baalbeck International Festival

The Baalbeck International Festival is one of the oldest and most well known cultural events in the Middle East. The performances at the festival take place at the temples in Baalbeck which are the largest Roman temples ever built and also the best preserved. The unique historic setting in Bekaa Valley provides the background for a variety of presentations. Each year, over 40,000 spectators watch performances in classical music, opera, jazz, modern world music, rock and pop music as well as ballet and theater.

Venue: Baalbek, Bekaa Valley
