British Telecom (BT) has signed a contract to provide the technology link to Emirates Airlines worldwide call centers. Under the five year contract BT will connect Emirates call centers to a single globally managed platform. The call centers are in Mumbai, Melbourne, Manchester, Dubai, and New York and also nine town office locations.
