March1: Emirates Airline will deploy the double-decker A380 aircraft on the Beijing-Dubai route from August 1, making this the aircraft’s fourth inaugural flight to yet another country. The A380 will replace the EK306 that flies daily from Dubai at 04:10 hrs and returns from Beijing Capital International Airport at 23:55 hrs.
“The A380 flight offers significant economic benefits to China by providing seamless connections between China and Africa, Europe and the Middle East via Emirates’ Dubai hub. Today China ranks as Africa’s second-largest trading partner with trade crossing $100bn. Equally, Africa is China’s second largest engineering contracting market and deals for contract projects exceed $126.3bn,” said Tim Clark, President, Emirates Airline.
The A380 is the world’s most environmental-friendly aircraft since it has to its credit noise and emission reductions and fuel burn.
