Singapore Airlines will upgrade all its existing flights to Abu Dhabi from March 29, sources said on Tuesday. The Airbus A330-300 will replace Boeing 777 in all of Singapore Airline’s daily services.
Passengers will be provided with personal iPod and iPhone connections as well as extra legroom. Meanwhile, the airline will also start its services to Jeddah and Kuwait via Abu Dhabi from March 28. “The introduction of this new aircraft on this route provides us the opportunity to enhance our product offerings for customers from the region,” said Richard Lee, General Manager, Gulf, Singapore Airlines.
The airline has nine A330-300 planes at the moment and expects another 10 to be delivered by the end of this year.
