March 19- Emirates Airline won the Gold Award at the Annual Air Cargo Excellence (ACE) Awards at a recent ceremony at the IATA World Cargo Symposium in Vancouver, Canada. The winners for the ceremony were chosen via a survey that rated airlines on customer service, performance, value and information technology. Other winners include Southwest Airlines, FedEx Express, Virgin Atlantic and Nippon Cargo Airlines.

The results of the ACE survey are important to cargo airlines because it is our customers who rate our performance. We strive for excellence in all areas of our business and are thrilled that our customers rate us so highly,” said Ram Menen, Emirates’ Divisional Senior Vice President Cargo on the occasion.
