The city with the magnificent fortress featured in Game of Thrones is now just one stop away courtesy Turkish Airlines. Starting May 1 2016, Turkish Airlines will be flying three times a week from Istanbul to Dubrovnik, their second destination in Croatia after Zagreb.
According to Turkish Airlines, flights to Dubrovnik from Istanbul will cost $99 while the return flight will cost Euro 99. The next time you are planning a trip to Istanbul, you can take a few days off to visit Croatia and see the 16th century stone walls that encircle the city and were prominently featured in the TV show Game of Thrones.
