John Travolta, who besides being a Hollywood celebrity is also a certified 747 and 707 pilot, will be flying in to Dubai aboard a Qantas A380 from London this week in his role as the brand ambasador of the Australian airline Qantas. This will be his first trip to the UAE. He said: “I’m really excited, I’ve been wanting to experience Dubai for many years now.”
Qantas entered into a codeshare agreement with Emirates in March 2013 and in under six months has flown in more than half a million passengers from Australia to Dubai.
