Head of communications for Thomas Cook in Germany said the offer is good only for holiday makers booking their travel from Germany. German tourists are renowned in Europe for waking early to reserve recliners near the pool with towels, but then leaving them to go back to sleep or eat breakfast to the annoyance of other guests.
