The US Consul-General in Jeddah will host its second Saudi-US cultural festival in Taif beginning on Wednesday. The consulate issued a statement that the American Saudi-Arabian Culture and Commerce Festival aims to strengthen and develop cultural and commercial ties between the Kingdom and the U.S. The Saudi Commission for Tourism and Antiquities, Taif Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Taif governate have partnered to orgnanize the festival.
The exhibition will be held at the Intercontinental Hotel in Taif from 9 am to 9 pm on Wednesday and Thursday, is open to the public, and free of charge. The session will include workshops and seminars for American and Saudi businessmen and women, and will conclude with a musical performance by American and traditional Saudi groups as the Telefrik Al-Kar Water Park on Friday.
