March 18- The number of people from the UAE visiting the United Kingdom has increased 22 percent in the first nine months of 2009 according to VisitBritain, the UK’s national tourism agency.
The agency projected that tourism will be one of the UK’s best performing sectors over the next ten years, and will grow at 3.5 percent every year. A Deloitte and Oxford analysis said that tourism in the UK is worth £115 million (Dh636 billion).
