Commenting on the Full Moon Yoga event, Six Senses spa director, Francisca Antunes said: “Yoga is such an important part of our exercise programme here at Six Senses and we are delighted to be able to offer our members and guests an added dimension by taking a yoga class outside of the classroom. The views over the port are truly breathtaking and, being able to focus on such wonderful vistas whilst doing yoga, really helps to stimulate the mind as well as the body, something very important for this particular type of exercise.”
Antunes continued: “We offer many different classes to suit all levels of yoga practitioner and the full moon yoga class gives our students a different perspective whilst at the same time, being a lot of fun too.”
The class will take place from 7pm on 26th July and is open to guests and members of the Six Senses Spa at Sharq Village & Spa who are advised to arrive fifteen minutes prior to the class starting.
