Chef Josephina Valvi has joined the award-winning Argentinian restaurant “Assado” at The Palace Hotel Downtown Dubai. Chef Josephina has extensive experience in the industry, and is a graduate of the Galia Institute for cooking in Peru. Josephina has worked in many fine restaurants and created a variety of dishes that celebrate Peru’s culinary arts based on its rich experience and rich cultural background.
Asado’s guests will be able to savor an unrivaled array of dishes that range from hot, sweet to savory, including sea bass, beef shorizo and other organic foods that take visitors on a journey to a world of Latin American flavors.
The new menu is a special addition to a selection of Latin American favorites in Asado, such as Merloza con Aroz Negro e Salsa de Langustinos (Chilean sea bass with Rosito in spit ink) and Terra de Asado (short ribs slowly cooked with Mashed potatoes in cream).
With direct views of Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain, Asado guests can enjoy their meals on the terrace of the outdoor restaurant on Friday and Thursday each week.
