Dubai’s Zuma Japanese restaurant has made it to No. 77 among the Top 100 restaurants in the world. They are the highest ranked restaurant in the MENA region and the only one to have been on the list for three successive years.
Ajaz Sheikh, Managing Director for ZUMA Middle East and Turkey said: “To be listed in the World’s 50 Best ranking just once was an incredible achievement; to be recognized for the second year was a surprise and perhaps luck! But the third year in a row and to move up so significantly in a global list is just enormous and means we have gained new votes from international judges as well as regional ones. The news will take some sinking in. ”
The World’s 50 Best Restaurants is a list sponsored by the Italian mineral water company San Pellegrino which also sells the Acqua Panna brand – both of which are found in fine dining restaurants around the world.
Zuma is located in Podium 6 at The Gate Village in Dubai International Financial Centre.
