The United Nations World Tourism Organization has praised the Indonesian governemnt for its open visa policy that enables tourists from 169 countries to get a visa on arrival. Nationals of all GCC countries, Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine and Egypt are eligible for visa free entry for 30 days.
By allowing tourists to enter the country unfettered, the Indonesian government has become one of the most liberal proponents of the UNWTO charter to make travel easier between nations.
Before you set off for Indonesia make sure you have a return ticket and your passport is valid for at least six months after the date of your arrival in Indonesia.
