The SIKKA 2013 contemporary artists’ led fair organized by Dubai Culture was inaugurated on Thursday, March 14 2013 by His Highness Sheikh Majid Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Several products designed by Sehyr Ahmad, Chief Designer of Irhal.com are featured at the dxb Store which is part of SIKKA 2013.
Art Dubai is the sponsor of dXb Store, a not-for-profit space that showcases UAE-based creativity, providing a platform for limited-edition objects, artists’ multiples, and jewellery, created in the UAE.
The 2013 edition of the dXb Store has opened at Dubai Culture’s SIKKA, Al Fahidi Historical Neighborhood and will run from March 14-24. dxb Store will also be present at Design Days Dubai, Downtown Dubai, from March 18-21; and at Art Dubai, Madinat Jumeirah, from March 20-23, 2013.
Sehyr has created a Dubai Road Signs themed limited edition collection of tote bags, 
pouches and notebooks which can be purchased at dxb Store. Sehyr graduated from the American University of Sharjah in 2011 with a BSc in Multimedia Design and joined Irhal.com after her graduation. She was responsible for the complete re-design of Irhal.com and is currently working on the design of Irhal’s mobile app. Her main areas of expertise include branding, print, and web-design, and she has recently begun exploring her interest in digital illustration.
