Boutique European Hotel operator, The Oetker Hotel Collection (OHC) will operate its first hotel outside of Europe when it launches Le Bristol, Abu Dhabi. Hospitality veteran Sammir Daqqaq has been appointed to manage OHC’s expansion strategy as senior vice –president (Development) for the Middle Eat and Africa (Mena) region. CEO of OHC, Frank Marrenbach, said “As part of our development plan, we are happy to be in Abu Dhabi to officially announce the launch of OHC in the region. The Oetker Hotels Collection offers luxury, elegance, exclusivity, and style and we are happy to bring the distinct European hotel charm to this wonderful region.”
Le Bristol Abu Dhabi, will have 250 luxury guest rooms with a minimum size of 40 square meters, and suites with private fitness and amenities. There will be many exciting dining choices including up-market cafes, a gourmet restaurant, and rooms with seaside views for up to 300 people.
