Dubai, September 2010: A new exciting restaurant concept, JoyBean Noodle Bar, will be launched by Dusit Princess City Centre Dubai on 01 October 2010.
With a menu inspired by traditional Thai street food, cooked and served in a contemporary style, Executive Chef Poonsak Sumonratanakul, who is himself Thai, is realising a dream to serve some of his favorite traditional Thai dishes to Dubai’s discerning food affoniciados.
Comments Chef Poonsak: “Many times my Asian friends have commented that there is nowhere in Dubai to find late night noodles, or quick yet authentic dishes enjoyed in Asia as light lunches, snacks or late night feasts with friends. These dishes are designed to be freshly prepared yet swiftly served, inexpensive yet wholesome. These are the sort of dishes you see people eating all over Asia, at any time of the day or night, prepared right before your very eyes by street vendors.
We will be preparing them in the well equipped kitchen, not on the street, but will retain the authentic flavours so enjoyed by our Asian compatriots!”
To complement the Noodle menu, the beverages on offer will consist of exotic chilled juices, Thai herbal drinks and sodas.
