
Depart from a hurried lifestyle and start enjoying the simple pleasures in life, starting right from breakfast. For the second year in a row Fairmont Hotels & Resorts is taking part in Taste of Dubai, with plans to serve mouthwatering dishes – best savored slowly, from Fairmont The Palm’s signature BreakSlow concept at Flow Kitchen. From March 13th-15th, visitors to the fair are invited to take a mental break from the crowds to relax and enjoy every delectable bite of Fairmont’s Breakfast Shawarma, Steak and Quail Egg Hash, Maple Hot Smoked Salmon Hash, or the BreakSlow Chocolate Brownie.
Fairmont will be located at Booth R10 at Taste of Dubai. In addition, Chef Buenaventura is participating in two workshops during the festival: Thursday 13 March at 6:40pm and Saturday 15 March at 3pm.
