Khalidiya Mall was under construction in Dec 2006, and was opened to the public in January 2008. Al Khalidiya spans a total area of 86,000 sq m (about 800,000 square feet). It has 160 decently decorated shops and a customer-friendly hypermarket. This mall is managed and run by EMKE group (Line Investments and Property LLC). It is a very economical place to shop.
