A romantic location, set amidst the gardens, parks and beautiful fountains of the central old town Almaty.
The hotel is a pleasant expression of an intermingling of cultures – Chinese, Russian, European, and Middle Eastern. The interior décor, ranging from oasis palms to glistening marbled floors, oriental rugs to high ceiling-glass views of the outside, all provide a sophisticated insight into the multi-ethnic nature of the city on a miniature scale.
Attractions within close proximity include the shopping mall “Russia”, the Academy of Science, and a few lush parks.

Rooms:

Rooms range in size from 18 to 104 sq meters. The smallest Standard room is just a comfortable sleeping space with an attached bathroom, a wardrobe, and an in-room safe. The largest, the Presidential Suite, makes you feel a true king, with silver and bronze and china porcelain ornaments, and access to the services of the Diamond Club in the hotel’s Spa.

Health Facilities:

A beauty centre is located in the lobby, providing massage, manicure/pedicure, and hair stylists.
The Spa Centre Bali, located on the ground floor, open from 7 in the morning to 12 at night, spoils you with its internationally trained professional staff. Get a massage, dive into the pool, or go for the hydro-massage pool which combines both these experiences. Spend a rejuvenating hour in the aroma steam room, the Jacuzzi or the Finnish sauna, and take a bath in the Turkish Hammam. The Vitamin Juice Bar serves cocktails, green tea and fresh juices – perfect as the final topping of relaxation.

Dining:

1.    Restaurant Nauryz: situated off the lobby area. Offers buffet breakfast with a wide selection of bread types, fresh fruits/vegetables, a variety of egg dishes, and juices/squashes made to order. Lunch and dinner consists of a delicious assortment of local, Italian, and European dishes.
2.    The Cigara Club: come to the 3rd floor for this intoxicating cigar-and-wine experience. The place also serves a variety of European dishes, as well as steaks.
3.    Café Kezdesu: located on the ground floor lobby, this bistro-style eatery is a casual get-together for locals as well as hotel guests, mostly business class customers. Offers light snacks all day, like pastries and cakes and a selection of wines. Lunch and dinner also available. Service is quick and polite.

Meetings & Events:

The hotel contains a large banquet hall (Sultanat), a conference room (Alatau), and a few smaller, independent meeting rooms.
The Sultanat is located on the ground floor, and is the hotel’s main ballroom. It has a floor area of 330 sq meters, giving it a 160-seating and 300-reception capacity.
The Alatau on the second floor is at 460 sq meters, with a maximum capacity for 150 people.
The smaller meeting rooms, each 58 sq meters, have a maximum seating capacity for 30 people each.
LCD projectors, flipcharts, microphones and white screens are provided with these rooms.
