The hotel is located in the bustling city centre, with easy access to the airport and major downtown locations.
The hotel contains a beauty salon, 24 hour banking with money exchange and ATM facility, specially designed rooms for handicap/disabled access, and shuttle service to and from the airport. A hotel doctor is available on call.
Rooms:
The hotel contains a total of 285 guest rooms and suites, most with panoramic views of the city. All rooms contain a basic work/desk area, sitting/lounge spaces, and luxury beds. Modern amenities include high-speed internet, three telephones in each lodging unit, voicemail facility, individual air-conditioning/heating systems, and cable television.
Full-length mirrors, mini-bars, and walk-in closets are also provided with most rooms.
The smallest, most basic King Room, at a humble 32 sq meters, contains all these facilities.
The Presidential Suite is a luxuriously large 170 sq meter lodging with a full kitchen, a separate dining area, two bathrooms, and two private terraces.
Room service is available in all rooms.

Club Olympus is the all-purpose rejuvenation centre, with complimentary Turkish baths, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and a fitness center.

Dining:
1. Dzhambul Restaurant: the hotel’s main restaurant, open for breakfast and lunch only. Choose from a mouthwatering variety of local and international cuisine, buffet or a la carte. The desserts and salads are a must-try. Special family-oriented comic and musical performances lighten up the atmosphere.
2. Grill Restaurant: grilled poultry, red meat, and seafood. Some dishes are truly unique, available nowhere around town but in the warm, formal ambience of the Grill Restaurant. An interesting selection of wines is available to cater to every taste.
3. Yourt Bar and Lounge: a lobby hotspot open 24/7. Offers delectable snacks and some really classy drinks. Pastries and rolls with tea or coffee, coupled with live music, is the perfect afternoon experience.
4. Tau Samal Beer Garden: light grill menu and a nice variety of wines. Open during summers only, 11 am to midnight.

The main ballroom provides a seating capacity of 250 people. Its flexibility makes it ideal to be set up for conferences, board meetings, and receptions for social events like weddings, theme parties, and cocktail evenings.
