Targul Taranului [Peasants’ Market]
Famous all over Romania, the Peasant’s Market is held every Saturday and Sunday at the Calea Rahovei. Peasants bring their specialties like tuna, bacon, sausages and goat products to name a few and sell them off to the locals who have developed a taste for these varieties.
