Cairo, and so anyone caught with even the slightest amount of drugs on him will face time in prison and also have to pay a hefty fine. If you are doing the dealing, be aware that such illegal acts are prosecuted with a death sentence or life in prison. Foreigners do not receive special treatment on these matters.
