The Assistens Cemetery

The cemetery was initially established in the 1760s has the graves of many famous Danish people. It still fulfills the purpose of a graveyard. However, many tourists come to pay homage to the deceased. The cemetery is divided into 5 sections ranging from A to E depending on the kind of people buried in each.
