Parnas
Hungry for a bite at three in the morning and have nowhere to go? Keeping in mind Copenhagen’s night life, Parnas is open to the public Monday to Thursday from noon to 3 am whereas on Friday to Saturday it serves from noon to 5 am. Inaugurated in 1930, the Parnas is quite famous for its “late night bites”. It is particularly famous for its Parnas Gryde, which include grilled sirloin with bacon, marrow, and mushrooms, with béarnaise sauce on the side. However, only a narrow range of dishes are available at night due to the late hour. Even though the restaurant is on a small scale, reservations are required.
