Royal Copenhagen Porcelain
The Royal Copenhagen Procelain used to belong to the royalty before it was handed over to the private sector in 1868. This factory aims at producing customized plates and other china ware. Occasion-based items include Christmas, birthdays and the Danish countryside views. Tourists can visit the factory where they would be given a guided tour from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 3 pm. However, tourists are not allowed to buy stuff from the factory. For that purpose, there are many porcelain and silver retailers, for example Copenhagen Antiques shop, Michelson Christmas spoons etc in the vicinity.
