Guinness Book of World Records’ tallest hotel is the Rose Rayhaan by Rotana, standing at a height of 333 metres and 72 storeys. With its large lavishly decorated rooms, suites and penthouses the hotel is definitely worth its high price. Decor is contemporary Arabic, befitting of the region.
The hotel has 8 conference halls, several restaurants and cafes, a state-of-the-art fitness centre, swimming pool, a sauna and several steam rooms.
Rose Rayhaan operates under an alcohol-free concept, which is relatively new in the region, tried out so far only in Makkah (KSA). They hope to respect the regions culture and beliefs by implementing this policy.
