Spice Souk

Located next door to the Gold Souk, the Spice Souk is an aromatic delight.  An amazing variety of spices is available here.  It’s a must visit if you want to soak in the essence of Arabia.  The narrow alleyways may seem a little daunting at first, but don’t give up – everyone here is friendly and helpful without being too pushy.  If and when you buy something, remember that just about everything is negotiable.  Haggling is an important skill to have here.  In addition to myriad spices, textiles, incense, rugs, and other goods are sold here.
