Located in the heart of the city in the lobby of the Hilton hotel, Pacific Colors has an engulfing blue and green theme and a lovely view of the park outside. To keep things exciting for diners, the menus change every three months. The seafood dishes dreamed up by innovative chef Manfred Breuer are exceptional, with lovely snappers, prawns, white fish and the freshest of ingredients.
It is open daily from 6 30pm to 11 30 pm and reservations are recommended to avoid inconvenience.
