Taxis are not very common in Geneva, and are not easy to find. For convenience, they may need to be booked or reserved in advance, especially during peak hours.
These prices have been effective from July 2004 and apply to all cab services in Geneva.
Tariff 1: 3,20 CHF per Km from 0631 to 2030; Saturdays from 0631 to 1830.
Tariff 2: 3,80 CHF per Km from 2031 to 0630; Sundays and official holidays all day long; and if more than 4 people (over 12 years).
Home pick up charges: 6,30 CHF
Waiting fee (per hour): 60.- CHF
Baggage: 1,50 CHF, for each piece of luggage over 5 Kg.
