Ateneum Art Museum
Mostly housing the famous fine art works of the period 1700 to 1960, the Ateneum museum is a must visit place in Helsinki. The museum contains paintings of the most renowned Finish artists along with some contemporary ones. However, a lot of the work is not publicly known so try paying a visit and be ready to be amazed. Admission fee for adults is 6 Euros and its free for visitors under 18.
Opening times: Tuesday &Friday 9am to 6pm. Wednesday& Thursday 9am to 8pm. Saturday & Sunday 11am to 5 pm.
