Bosphorus is the annual Asia-to-Europe swimming, rowing and sailing competition. It is organized by the National Olympic Committee of Turkey and numerous athletes; both Turkish and international take part in this competition. Cemil Park on the European side, covering a 6.5km distance. The rowing race covers a 1.6 km distance from the Arnavutköy ferry port to Kuruçeþme Cemil Park. Various other events including underwater swimming, water-skiing and jet skiing shows, performances by dance groups and military band concerts are also part of the competition.
