The Chocolate Show is held at the Istanbul Hilton Convention and Exhibition Centre every year in June. This is Turkey’s chocolate, confectionery and biscuit fair. The top producers and consumers from all over Europe participate in this event. The event lasts for three days during which various activities take place. These include a workshop displaying the art of chocolate making, a photographic contest and exhibition and much more.
