With a prime location right off Istiklal Avenue, one of Istanbul’s best shopping and entertainment districts, the Chillout Cengo Hostel is a great place to stay on a budget. The staff is friendly, helpful, and good humored. As the name would suggest, it’s a great place to hang out after a busy day of sightseeing. There are always fellow travelers ready to talk and hang out. The rooms are decent, and the bathrooms fairly clean. It’s everything you’d want in a hostel.
