Museum
This museum is located in magnificent buildings on the shore of the Golden Horn. The museum collection contains thousands of items from gramophone needles to full size ships and aircraft. There is a series of exhibitions that displays the history of transportation, industry and communications. Displays include washing machines, carburetors, decommissioned submarine bridge, trains and aircraft, among much more, which will appeal to many children.

The Feshane International Fair Center and Children’s Playgrounds
This is an open-air park offering food and activities for kids. It is located in an old Ottoman fez-making factory. This is an international fair centre and conference facility, which combines a children’s playground and food market. Entry to the park entry is free, but the rides cost money.

Miniaturk
Miniaturk is an open air museum established in 2003, where visitors can see Turkey’s monuments reconstructed at 1/25ths of their actual size. This mini model Turkey displays all the sights of the country. Apart from the models of standard attractions visitors can also see a modern model airport or use the miniature train.

Oyuncak Muzesi
This toy museum is a lovely old wooden house. The poet Sunay Akin founded the museum in 2005, with toys from his own collection. Over the weekends children can also enjoy the magic show or the puppet theatre.

Ice skating at the Galleria shopping mall in Atakoy
The ice skating rink is open till 2200 hours every day.
