Johannesburg Botanic Gardens
A 365 acre piece of land near the Emmarentia Dam with possibly the world’s largest terraced rose garden and a yachting and canoeing club. It is recommended to stick to the main areas and avoid wandering into remote areas. Barbecues are allowed at selected locations and the restaurant in the garden serves some excellent tea and snacks.
