Jalan Alor

By day, Jalan Alor is an ordinary street in Kuala Lumpur’s Golden Triangle (in what was once KL’s Red Light District).  By night, Jalan Alor transforms into a bustling open air restaurant.  Stalls emerge from the woodwork to hawk their delicacies, mostly Chinese.  There’s no better way to experience a culture than through its street food.  You’ll probably want to come back more than once, as it’s impossible to experience the full spectrum of what is available in just one meal.
