Taxi

Taxis are the most practical and convenient type of transportation in Kuwait, as they are easy found and located in many residential areas as well as public places all of the cities. Call-taxis are all white in colour and can be found at almost any hotel and can be ordered to and from the airport as well. Most trips cost about 3-5 KD. Other taxis, the white and beige ones, are available by hailing them from streets all over Kuwait and are charged mostly by meter, however the fare is usually negotiated before the trip. These taxis are plentiful at every street corner and are easily recognisable.
