In the half-day tour of
Lahore which lasts for roughly four hours, tourists are taken to the
inner city to the Lahore Fort where they learn about the Mughal rule of
the subcontinent as well as the Sikh rule over Lahore. The next stop is
the majestic Badshahi Mosque which gives visitors an insight into the
architectural styles of the Mughals. The Lahore Museum is the last stop
and is a good lesson in the history and culture of this region. This
tour costs US$ 35 per person.
The full day tour begins at 9 A.M; Lahore
fort, Badshahi Mosque, Lahore Museum are visited. After lunch, tourists
are taken to the famous Anarkali Bazaar, the Shalimar gardens and then
at sunset to Wagah Border. After that, visitors are taken to Gowalmandi
in the inner city to dig into traditional food. The cost of this tour
