The building dates back to the 17th century but there is nothing old about this hostel, boasting an impressive number of facilities. With only eight rooms this hostel is small but all the rooms are cosy with traditional Portuguese features like the ceramic tiles alongside IKEA furniture. The one ‘studio’ suite can fit three people, has own ensuite, kitchen, living area and cable TV. For everyone else, a free-use kitchen is available, internet service, lockers, bicycle rental, lockers, luggage storage and there is even a laundry service.
