If you are in London towards the end of August, make sure you don’t miss out on this carnival. Touted as Europe’s largest street party festival, the Notting Hill Carnival is a kaleidoscope of color, culture and music and is a lot of fun. Visitors get to enjoy live masquerade bands, calypso bands playing Caribbean rhythms, extravagant costumes, decorative floats, street food and elaborate dancing. This unique, vibrant, Caribbean festival carries on for a period of four days and is attended by thousands of people who are all set to have a real good time.
