The Armory Museum
This was built in the 1800s on the site where Royal treasures were stored. A visit to this place will definitely enhance the tourist’s knowledge of Russian history and its protagonists. Exhibited here are a variety of artifacts ranging from imperial carriages to weaponry to the thrones designed and built for different Russian rulers. Visitors are only allowed to roam the museum for a maximum duration of 1 hour and 45 minutes at a time. English audio guides are available which are well worth the price to get a good grasp of items showcased here.
