Wasabi by Morimoto

The ultimate in Japanese dining experience courtesy celebrity chef Masahuru Morimoto, Wasabi has been rated as one of the world’s top 100 eateries. The extensive sushi and sashimi menu features sea urchin, flying fish roe, sweet shrimp, jackfish and fatty tuna. There’s extensive vegetarian selection too.  Other dishes worth trying are miso marinated black cod and the Chilean sea bass in black bean sauce, ginger and shaved scallion. They have a good selection of sake as well. End your meal with the tofu cheesecake.
Some of the newly added dishes are Shimaji Salad, Enoki Tempura, Snow Crab and Kobe Beef Green Tea Tiramisu and Wahabi Crème Brulee.
No doubt this place is way expensive but it’s definitely worth a visit.
