This lavish hotel is world famous. The rooms, the restaurants and the service are excellent. The view from the bedrooms is stunning, as these look out onto the surrounding bays and mountains; the hotel also comprises of beautiful gardens an excellent place for visitors to unwind. Many world leaders and delegations have stayed at this hotel, which was originally built in 1985 for the Gulf Cooperation Summit. The only drawback for those wishing to stay close to the city’s main attractions is its distance from the city centre. However, the location is much more peaceful and serene.
