The Delhi Horse Show is an equestrian show organized by the Army Polo and Riding Club and is held at different venues each year in the month of November/December. The participants include civilians, cavalry officers from the armed forces, police and paramilitary forces and students from various schools and colleges. A variety of competitive events and skill shows are held at various levels, the most popular being show jumping and tent pegging. The horses themselves are of high breed and it is a pleasure to watch them at their majestic best.
