It is an old Roman eatery serving traditional Roman specialties. The dining room is beautiful and comfortable and the service is excellent with most of the waiters who can understand and speak  English. The menu is long and varied with traditional dishes like Rigatoni with Pajata, sweet breads, tripe and offal with artichokes It was even rated number 23 on the list of top 50 restaurants of the world in the ‘Restaurant Magazine’, sobeing served top quality food here is not surprising.
