Visa Information
Entering into South Korea for tourist purposes and short durations does not require obtaining a visa for the nationals of more than 90 countries, the UAE being one of them. However it is still advisable to check with the South Korean Embassy in Abu Dhabi (Telephone: 443-5337; Fax: 443-5348; keauhlee@emirates.net.ae).
However, South Korea does have some requirements in place for tourists and visitors from those 90 or so countries.
Requirements:
* Visa exemptions are granted on the condition that the nationals of the listed nations do not engage in remunerative activities while in Korea.
* Passport valid for a minimum of 6 months
