Buses are operated daily from 6am till 12am with night buses running some limited routes after that.
Trams are disappearing from the city, however the Djurgårdslinjen or tram 7 is quite useful for tourists as it passes many city sights. A single tram ticket costs SKr25.
Single tickets valid on all public transport services cost SKr 30 and can be purchased onboard buses, or at metro stations whereas Rabattkupong or carnets of 20 tickets cost SKr145 and are easily available at newspaper stands.
