Air Traffic at Abu Dhabi International Airport increased 7.9% in March compared to the same month last year according to a report by Abu Dhabi International Airports Company Saturday. London was for the first time the airports busiest destination, followed by Doha, Bangkok, and fourth was Cairo. The arrival of Bahrain Air at Abu Dhabi International Airport helped boost Bahrain to the fifth busiest destination. Vice President of Airline Marketing and Aeronautical Revenue said that new airlines have contributed to the growth in passenger numbers, but the international markets excitement and interest in Abu Dhabi drives a large part of the growth.
