Accor’s plans in the UAE include launch of a new luxury property, Sofitel Jumeirah Beach by the end of September, the ibis Rigga during the first quarter of next year, and the new Pullman Hotels and Resorts brand which will link to the Mall of Emirates by mid 2010.
